Skywatch Friday - Full Moon

The night sky this evening was particularly atmospheric, with a very bright, white full moon traced by lots of high, racing clouds. I lay on the grass in the moonlight to take this photo - BIG mistake..... Lucy the spaniel mistook my posture as a cue for playtime, and thwarted my attempts to get a clearer shot by charging back and forth immediately in front of the camera. This was the only image in which her tail didn't obscure most of the moon!
