Sally, Kim & Jan looking very glamorous! |
After our
special dinner together at the Waterside Inn, Barry's big birthday celebrations continued with a garden party for friends and close family. We chose a vintage theme and the guests looked very elegant wearing 1940's & 50's style dress. It was an incredibly hot and sunny, day so we sat at prettily laid tables scattered under the shade of the trees. The beautiful vintage china, linen and bunting was provided by
Elizabeth Annes Teacups & Tiaras, whose owner Deborah prepared a delicious afternoon tea with lots of dainty sandwiches, and old-fashioned homemade cakes, which we washed down with cloudy lemonade & tea (plus plenty of wine & champagne, of course). A memorable way to celebrate!
